Swings are still a great mystery to me. I can swing into a void (or a foam pit) but finding precision in the swing seems almost impossible. Let me guess… It takes more practice? I can’t wait to try these techniques. Thank you for these videos.

Interesting stuff, been doing parkour since 2007 and I didn’t know any of this stuff - the description of the staggered takeoff is dead on what I’m doing. I always focused on how people take off but neglected the backswing. Thanks for sharing guys! 👌
