How to SYNC a COBRA operating firmware 3.0.3+

Good morning, Can you show how to desynchronize everything because the procedure detailed in the user guide does not work! I tried holding the sync button for 15 seconds as described with no success version 5.1.2

Can you demonstrate how to Un-Sync it all because the procedure detailed in the user guide doesn't work! I've tried holding sync button for 15 seconds as described with no luck, I've tried longer, still no good... Would love to see it demonstrated as its confusing the hell out of me with channel numbers & Addresses being different...
