Since last update to Microsoft forms you it,s not sync automatically like before have to open the excel sheet and wait till sync uploading

Hello, Need your help, my MS Form to MS Excel sync was working well before, but 2025 the auto sync is not happening until I open the MS Excel file. Please advise.

Am I able to change the titles of each column in the spreadsheet without messing it all up? (For example, one of your questions is "How relevant was the content of the training session to your needs?" . What I be able to click and change the column title to "How relevant was the content" to make it a little shorter, or will that change the actual forms question / stop inputting data answered from that question?)

Hi, it does not give me the option to sync results. Only to view results and to open in excel. Which i have always done that in the past, but I really need to have it automatically updated.

And after this update power automate is dead. Because we are not able to use this workbook offline. Automate is not able to take the values from this excel automatically. I don't really understand they stop this. Now all of the people who use power automate needs to find another excel file for database to create automatic flow from microsoft forms response. This problem needs to be solved. It must be updated not waiting for synchronise issue.

Yes, very much a downgrade. You'll need to create a flow, or adjust your existing flow to get it to work like it did before. See my response to ferhatyasar6340 for a link. I don't want to post the link again in case the system thinks I'm spamming.
