It was VERY helpful. Evidently, the Spotify playlists expire and have to be updated every so often. I haven't used this watch in a couple of years and I don't remember it being this involved. I would have never figured it out without this video. Thank you!

Cool. Added plus when you use headphones is that “Garmin Lady” gives you updates on your pace and HR zones too. Another feature Garmin seem to want to keep quiet.

Great video, thanks. In my experience the sync process for Spotify EATS the battery. Also, I'm using Jabra elite active 75t which are very good but I need to rise my hands up to my chest level, otherwise I get lots of noise and interference in the signal, maybe from the GPS.

Hey Javier. Some earbuds have their "master" bud on the left or the right earbud and that cannot be changed. Some will change automatically. That bud is used for the Bluetooth transmission. So, if your watch is on your left wrist and the master bud is in your right ear, the audio might cut out or have inferior quality since it's trying to transmit through your body. I had the same issue until I switched the wrist used to wear my Garmin watch. Now it's perfect, regardless of where I'm holding my hands. Good luck.🙂

@@PhilMargolies Hi Phil, yes the Jabra elite 75 are master/slave with the first at the right. I also solved my issue by switching the watch to the right wrists. It's also important to switch it at user profile options. Thanks for your advise!

Garmin watches are not compatible with itunes. You'll need to use "Garmin Express" on a computer in order to transfer MP3 files.

Are you manually uploading MP3's or syncing to Spotify? If they're MP3's you'll need to plug the watch into your computer and use Garmin Express to remove them. If they're spotify you can just edit your sync'd playlist to remove songs or remove playlists entirely.

It’s not bad once you’re used to it and if you use Spotify the playlists update automatically based on what’s selected in Spotify. The benefit to using stored music rather than streamed music is that it uses less battery life.
