Hi. Once Mi Fitness and Strava are linked, then activities on your Xiaomi wearable should automatically be posted on Strava as well, you don't have to add them manually in Strava.

Is it meant that if already authorized to connect between strava and Xiaomi wearable, it will updating the workout data history automatically?

Hi. It won't sync the entire history per se, for me it synced for a couple of weeks before the sync date and then on an ongoing basis after that.

Hi! I did this but it did not sync any past activities (not even from the last 2 weeks and you mentioned). Any idea why? It is working now for any activities after I started syncinc it... But not past ones.

Hi!. It looks like Strava have posted an update on issues with authorisation today here: communityhub.strava.com/t5/devices-and-connections/resolved-3rd-party-apps-mi-fitness-zepp-fitbit-igsport-xoss-etc/td-p/38225 I just disconnected and reconnected Strava from Mi Fitness on my phone and didn't see authorisation issues. Strava have said: "however we are aware that some of our Partners are having some residual issues using the Strava API - this is the cause of the problems you are seeing authorizing the connection to Strava. If you are still experiencing the error, we recommend reaching out directly to the Partner in question for further assistance. As a workaround in the meantime, If you can export those files in GPX, TCX, or FIT format you should be able to manually upload them to Strava by file from our upload page." Fingers crossed it is resolved soon 🤞🏻
