Hi! I have personally just calibrated these two wearables against an actual BP measuring device (the proper one with a pressurised cuff on your arm) to test the wearables out. You will not get a continuous blood pressure reading from these watches, just on-demand readings in the Samsung Health Monitor app after you've calibrated them adequately. Personal advice - I wouldn't use these specifically to monitor blood pressure especially linked to severe health issues. Hi! As far as I know all of them have removable bezels. You don't "have" to remove the bezel or change it at all, you can just let it be and use the wearable as it is. It's only once you remove it then there's a chance that it will start rattling or in some cases (like others have commented) just fall off randomly.

It's a case of you get what you pay for when it comes to wearable tech unfortunately. With $200, you'd need to find deep discounts for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 or think about some of the Xiaomi, Huawei and Amazfit wearables that aren't full blown smartwatches. Hi! Some of the key metrics used by these wearables for estimating calories expended are heart rate and movement (steps, exercise/activities, sleep, etc) and each manufacturer's correlations and algorithm to calculate burnt calories. I can't unfortunately pin point the issue you have, but what I can say from personal experience of buying the Fitbit Versa 4 a couple of years that it was highly inaccurate with heart rate data - so much so that I returned it to Fitbit for a refund and switched to Garmin and never looked back! Samsung's Galaxy Watch 7 in my testing has been somewhat close to my Garmin (both were close to the Polar H10 chest strap). All wearables will have a margin of inaccuracy so keep that in mind (shouldn't be a few thousand calories inaccurate of course!). Hope that's of some help 😀

Hi. Both watches have magnetic "pucks" that just attach to the back of thr watches rather than having to plug the cables into the watch. Then you connect thr other USB-C end to a charger. The bands on both can be changed to others but removing and installing on the Pixel Watch 3 can be a bit of a faff compared to the Galaxy Watch 7 (but once you've replaced it it's solid).
