Absolutely! I wouldn't go back through ALL of them, but the ones where you think new keywords and optimization would really make a difference - yes!

I'm going to start doing the thing with the title and trying to phrase some of them as questions that I would look for. Another thing I do to get inspiration for tags is to run my notes/scripts through a word counter and see what topics come up based on how often I mentioned them. I do this to get the juices flowing since the counter is counting how often I use a word, not whole phrases.
