It’s best to take an effective break before doing a hard task at work. It helps me out quite a bit, feeling refreshed is being productive.

Thank you so much! Let's blame the youtube algorithm haha

@@CalmlyCoping It's not algorithm, you didn't provide any value the first 3 minutes of the video. Can't have 3 minute long intros if you want more views, get straight to the point, give people what they want right away

I’ve had problems sleeping my whole life and that’s why i am the way i am but i just can’t sleep and i get sleep paralysis as well. I’m just constantly stressed and i get more stressed when i see my therapist every week and she ask what i want to work on and my mind goes blank for everything.

Try taking notes/journaling between sessions on what stresses you out so you can have ideas for what to talk about!

Hi Mam, I am a working person and a student. I usually work for long hours, but after about an hour, I feel lost, and my work remains unfinished. For example, if I have six tasks to complete in ten days, I put in all the effort, but by the end of the deadline, none of the six tasks are fully completed. Sometimes I feel energized and confident, but other times I have very low productivity sessions. Even in my dance class, the teacher says I am putting all my effort in one go and not achieving anything. I assume this happens because I'm not taking breaks or eating properly. Although I have changed my eating routine, if it’s because of not taking breaks, I’m not sure when to take them. When I try setting a 5-minute break for every hour, it doesn’t seem to work. How and when should I take breaks?
