How to take care of ourselves while caring for our terminally ill spouse.

Hi Connie....I'm new to your channel as of tonight. Thankfully my husband is still here but he is end stage 4 esophageal cancer and spread to lymph nodes...I live on a roller coaster of emotions...I have been hit HARD by anticipatory grief but today I just feel so tired and so overwhelmed in trying to do everything....and I do mean everything...for years now...he has severe tremors not a part of his cancer diagnosis but it sure hinders his life. Ty for this video , it was very good.

Hello. My husband of 54 years passed away in January 2024. Tonight is one of the worst nights and I don’t know why. The hurt is unbearable.

I lost my spouse on 1/23/2024 and I understand. You can function and then it hits you without being triggered. Part of it I think is immediately after the death you’re numb and as the numbness wears off you realize the enormous loss you suffered and emotions take over It’s just something we have to process. All of us who lost a spouse in my case my best friend also we handle it differently. Sorry for your loss please take care of your health
