People are natural complainers that will not like or complain about anything. Not everyone makes good KZbin's but they try and THAT IS all that counts. We do more criticizing bc they did something wrong than to encourage them how to make it better.

I found that vise-grip out better bc I have bent those for clamping something too big. Small needle-nose grips. I like the clear hose so I can see the gas but is it rated as a gas line. I have rebuilt a few of them but everyone has their own way of doing things and we can never learn too much. I like video that people act like themselves and not put on a show just for the video. GREAT JOB.

like #58. Unsure why it has so few. Excellent vid. queston. I am working on a Companion generator with the HM100 engine. When I removed the bowl, the bottom bolt did not have a washer but the bowl ring did. I was thinking that it should. Are all the Tecumseh engines pretty much the same?

You didn't remove the mixture screw, also aren't you afraid of damaging orifices and jets with using a tip cleaner?

How did you get the back carburetor retaining screw off...thats the hard one that you cant hold the nut while you turn the attached screw.

The right nut will hit against the side so it shouldnt turn. Sounds like you need to wedge something in there to keep it from turning if you cant get a wrench on it. Good luck buddy.

Would you happen to know the part number for the Tecumseh carburetor or at least the Tecumseh model number. It would be a BIG help.

PM0524000 is the engine model number for the 4000 watt coleman generator

I have to turn it off while making videos because of the noise. Looks cold but my radiant heater keeps me just fine along with long johns and insulated overalls lol. Thanks for your concern buddy.

Out of all the videos your carb looks like mine is your throttle just between the carb and governor? I'm working on a 10hp Tecumseh on a 5000watt generator and the only throttle linkage is between the governor arm and butterfly control. All the other videos have a actual throttle control
