I wrote out a very long and detailed video description, but KZbin was like "F*** you! :D" and removed most of it. So let me restart:
Are you sick and tired of trying to escape prison using stealth? Do you want to show the guards how you really feel? Have you considered... murder? No? Yeah, me neither. But how about initiating a prison takeover? You can accomplish the same goal with only half the bloodshed! (Blood not included) Watch this quick video on how YOU can start your very only prison riot today!!
I'm pretty sure I covered just about everything in the video. But here's a few extra things to make sure we're all on the same page:

What weapon does the most damage?
Molten Chocolate, but it can only be used once. Otherwise, use nunchucks or anything else listed in step 5.
Why weren't the tower guards shooting you at 5:12? You were outside!
The snipers won't shoot you if you're carrying a guard, they can't take the risk of shooting staff.
I have a POW outfit, can I still make armored outfits?
Yes, use the POW in place of the inmate outfit to craft it. This won't have any affect on the defense.
Is training speed actually necessary?
Yes, depending on the guard's health. Speed allows you to attack faster, dealing more damage in a smaller amount of time.
How do I get my inmates to follow me around and fight for me?
Hover your mouse over them and press Q to recruit them. They must like you enough for them to recruit them, and loyalty isn't cheap.
Can I have a link to the game so I can play it too?

do you carry the unconscious guard so that the towers don’t shoot at you when you’re outside?

Yes, normally the tower snipers will shoot at you, but they will hold their fire if you have an unconscious guard shielding you.

Why when i tie them up they get back up to attack me?

I think they untie themselves after a generous amount of time. If they're getting back up very quickly, then you're using the rope/duct tape incorrectly.

I tried this on the jungle compound and it’s not unlocking the front gates. Does it only work on certain prisons?

Oof. Yeah, the Jungle Compound has a unique exit that might not respond to prison riots. I've only tried riots on the one shown in this tutorial and the first prison.

It's fun to do and the easiest way to win if there's nothing between the prison gates (white pad-lock doors) and the map boundaries.
