You are right, healthy individuals are only required 200mg s-acetyl glutathione max daily in 3 months duration and need to rest for atleast 4 months because unlike for other forms this is not destroyed by gastric acids and is absorbed by the body. So guys please don’t abuse medical grade medicines like glutathione it is mainly use for detoxification but needs intervals of use in a year. I suggest if you wanna try it again you could choose other brands, because not all glutathiones are of the same quality or is sourced from the same raw materials.

That is so true and this one is only 100 mg like I always say they need to rest for 3 to 4 months while taking glutathione and should not double the dose. Glutathione is potent and strong so it should be handled and taken properly.

Hi same here I had side effects too but my skin was amazing so I was not happy. I think NOW is better when it comes to whitening the skin.

Ohh when you are trying to be pregnant pls do not take any of these. When I was pregnant I did not take any glutathione supplements or similar ones. I only took prenatal vitamins. Thank you!
