Hi mate, you'd need an employer to sponsor your training for a 407. Alternatively, you may be able to apply for a 485 if you have completed a 2 year Civil construction course.

Hi mate, what would happen to visa application fee (would there be a chance to get refund?) if during the process, sponsor goes into financial hardship / restructure which would result in redundancy of the position?
