Love this video! As an introvert, who struggles with self confidence, I can honestly say this is great advice, because I've used almost every piece to at least appear more confident. That's also the rub. Confidence breeds confidence. Act as if. Doesn't mean lose your humility but act as if you're confident, and that is how you will appear. Id also suggest going to do things!!! Go to the gym, learn a new language, pick up a skill like playing the guitar, or start a new activity. Not only do those things help give you something to talk about but hitting your goals in the gym, seeing how far you've progressed in a new language/skill etc... are real, tangible, and easy confidence wins. Your negative self talk cant get to those. If you start learning a new language, 3 months later, you can look back at all the new words you know or sentences you can speak, that is real. That is something. All those little things add up, and then you become a person with lots to talk about. As someone who struggled, and still does, talking to people in public (so much easier online lol), having those little things is a nice reminder that you're interesting, have things to say/talk about and are worth someone else taking an interest in. Absolute banger of a video.

I don’t think it’s important to talk to everyone… especially if they make you feel uncomfortable. Just my opinion. I only like talking with people who make me feel good and learn from the best.
