I thought I was the only person in the world with thick, coarse, frizzy, wavy hair! My grandfather was Native American & said that I inherited his families raven black hair. But nobody seemed to know how to care for it, so I have spent my life looking for hair products to tame it. It's waist length & I simply resort to wearing it pinned up in a hairclip or braided over one shoulder. Thank you, thank you for finally pointing me in the right direction.

If you have coarse and frizzy hair, you should increase the intake of vitamin e. My dermatologist gave me vitamin e capsules because of some skin issues but the effect also showed on my hair too,they are much more shiny and hydrated (I’m not a professional but this is just my opinion and experience )

I have the same hair type as yours. I used to do rebonding to keep my hair straight and manageable. After watching you I got the courage to take on this wavy hair journey and I tell you its not easy 😢 and feels like going back to rebonding.

It’s definitely not easy but you learn so much about yourself and your hair through it. I never would’ve learned how to style my hair or how to take care of it if I didn’t go through the process. I also don’t think rebonding is bad if that’s what you like but I would avoid getting it often because it’s still chemicals at the end of the day.
