My mom used to be psychic and have visions of things before they happened and actually saved lives.. but it caused some people to want to depend on her for everything, so basically wished it gone. I was wondering if this also works with that , and if so.. how could i muscle memory psychic visions?

Yeah, I used to be so tone deaf that I'd feel embarassed whenever someone would walk in on me passionately (and disharmoniously, lol) singing to my favorite music. Nowadays after just tons of casual practice and years of singing to music as I listen to it daily, I'm no longer ashamed if someone walks in and I've even done a few performances, playing guitar while singing (mostly Animal Collective music, but also some Beach House and MGMT). I can sing on-pitch quite well now and it's going to be important for my artistic career. I can say roughly the same about Guitar and Keyboard/Synthesizers too, as well as music production, songwriting, mixing/mastering, etc.

I believe my ancestral lineage carries a lot of healers. I have always been attracted to personal development, spirituality, and metaphysics I am now studying to become a licensed therapists! It feels like my souls purpose 💚 Not too crazy about western psychology.. and how principles have been pathologized, colonized, and neglects spirituality.. However being a therapists is helping me get my foot in the door :)

I agree about western psychology. Aspects of it are borderline groundbreaking when put into perspective and grounded properly, for example Carl Jung's archetypal view of psychology and the shadow self. But I'm not a fan of Sigmund Freud as much; Edward Bernays was related to him, and he's the reason why modern advertising and propaganda is so subliminally aggressive and so effective at taking advantage of people. Also BF Skinner and Pavlov did shed light on how our reptilian brain works regarding habitual behaviors and reactions, but a lot of the insights taken from their work have gone on to be used to take advantage of people on a massive scale.

So i come from a Native tribe called cree. I don't speak my cree language fluently only understand the basics. But one day my aunt was talking in cree about me tryna have a secret conversation with my dad. But I picked up on that energy and was able to understand what they were saying. This never happened to me before so I was surprised.

I do have to thank my ancestors for my brains. I’m lazy af but they are a family of scientists, doctors professors and politicians that go back generations. School was always easy for me and I definitely have had a leg up there. Sadly, there are no business people in my family so I am terrible with my finances nor at all drawn to making money lol. And they have terrible rhythm - very much in the brain not in the body type people so I can’t dance at all even if I love to. 😂
