I jam my middle finger and my ring finger so what should i tape it to? do i just tape my middle to my ring finger or my middle finger tape to my index and my ring finger tape to pinky

excellent video but i truly caution colleagues AND the injured patient/athletes etc to avoid the misnomer "jammed finger". Similar to saying "twisted ankle" when we dont know if a fibular fracture, ATFL ligament injury or syndesmosis tear. happy to elaborate. LOVE the patient education and key visuals.

@@Rehab2Perform quite simple. The term jammed finger describes a mechanism of injury. This can be a simple collateral ligament sprain versus in a evulsion of the central slip, extensor, versus an injury to the volar plate, versus an actual articular fracture they are all quite different injuries requiring different treatments
