As someone who just started playing tekken at the end of tekken 7 to tekken 8 and picking up bryan, it's really that simple, there's no trick or technique, when I try to explain the "do it really fast" I tend to gravitate to this. "You are basically pressing (foward back+2) at the same time, but you got to just kiss the forward button(or forward motion), just barely, and let go immediately and hit back+2". So the motion of forward and neutral have to be inputed as your fingers are already hitting back+2, that's the best way I can describe doing a frame perfect jet upper.
