I'm a Dominican American born in DR, now living living back In Santo Domingo, this is really helpful, thanks.

I think is so cool that beautiful young American ladies actually live in DR, even if is temporarily. When it comes to food, Dominicans have to have rice, otherwise it won't be considered a meal. Like fried chicken and french fries or a cheese burger and fries would be considered a snack and not a real meal.
@MillsRepDom4 жыл бұрын
Haha thanks! That is so true lol. I know they feel like the day is empty without their rice!

I've been looking at Cabrera for over 5 years now. I started talking to Barry who started a DR KZbin channel and has since started another. If she's in Cabrera she probably knows the Barry I'm referring to. No more videos about Cabrera Mills :-) Lol, it's My Secret!... Great interview! #Hotep

Hi Mills. Great video. Thinking of landing in Cabrera as my final destination. Can you ask Kennedie who she uses for internet and what speeds are available? Glad you are doing well in Arizona.
@kennediefischetti80474 жыл бұрын
Rich Alvarado Not sure of the exact speeds of the Internet, but I’m able to use it to teach online and it never lags. I use Claro and there’s also Altice

Question please. What is the average tuition for private Elementary schools in Cabrera ?
@kennediefischetti80474 жыл бұрын
David Stretch I believe my school is about $1,500-2,000 US for a school year! Includes hot lunch and the uniform!
@kennediefischetti80474 жыл бұрын
But that’s just a private school. Most of them are public.

Wow again I'm still surprised there's another white person living in the DR 😂 I probably sounded rude saying that but it just blows my mind I need to find out more why a lot of Americans or either Europeans live in my country ... Its just very interesting to see why outsiders love to live in the DR .. unfortunately for me .. I was born and raised there until I was 15 years old and then I moved to the US and haven't gone back to the DR ever since and now I'm 24 ...

Do you need a degree to be a teacher? Or can I just move there and be a English teacher?
@MillsRepDom4 жыл бұрын
Most schools require a bachelors/and or TEFL. The best ones will want a teaching degree.
