How To Teach Kids to Fly Fish

Are there any rods you'd recommend for younger kids? My 10 year old niece wants to join me fly fishing but I'm not sure where to start with equipment

Look at ANY of the combo kits. Don't get too picky with gear, especially for kids. If you can afford it, Cabelas has some great options for combos. Don't get heavier than a 5 weight rod. For a lot of fishing, especially for kids, a 4weight rod is perfect. If you are on a budget, Walmart has a couple of options for less than $50. It might be a 6 weight, which is starting to get a little beefy for a beginner, but just get them going!
