How to tell a Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS from the lesser Base model, or the S model.

Here are all the subtle clues that will help you tell the difference between the fantastic Quattroporte Sport GTS and the more pedestrian Quattroporte S and the Quattroporte base models.

Hi Valentin. I've had two Sport GTS in the past and today, I did it again! It's a 2010, grigio granito, not the fullest optioned car, but very special with sabbia leather and wood inside! Well, i just wanted to tell you what a Maserati engineer told me back in 2010, just before I got my first one. The GTS also has 430hp, just as the S, only if you press the sport button i has the +10hp. The S is very underrated and I thought about getting one, but the GTS is so rare and it's just what I need. Also got me a 2005 Continental GT for bad weather, due to the AWD. ✌🏼😆 I like your videos, cheers from Germany.

An easy differentiator - The QP V GTS has a concave grill; other QP V models are convex

I am not sure if that is entirely true Phil. I see this concave grill on all the QPs Sport GTS, or not.

@@philnash9119 no, you are right. The concave grill was never an option, has to be aftermarket…

Yes. Starting with the 2007 year model, all Quattroportes came with the 6 speed ZF transmission.

I figured this out on my own car. Go to the menu and disable all "duplicate radio display" or something along those lines
