So much to love about quartz in all it's forms. From crystals to agates to amethyst. The only time I don't like quartz is when it's pretending to be jade. Lol.

Amethyst is not affected by water but Fluorite can be ruined by it. Neither one can be kept in sunlight either. Fluorite is rarely purple like Amethyst.
