Ran a connestoga too long to route anything over the rub rail. I'm curious as to why you didn't route the bungees from d ring under the tie down and to the next available d ring. Seems like you're missing out on double duty while replacing more bungees in the long run.

Tomorrow is the last day of my second week in my own truck and I have yet to haul a coil but I have used your videos to refresh my memory from what I learned from Mr. Fischer’s class. Thanks for uploading videos bro it helps a lot and takes a huge headache away from trying to figure it out on your own lol

Question brother, I just had to do my first coil today. You use steal tarp or Lumber ? Cause I’m my dispatch said Lumber but I decided to use steal tarp.
@truckeraxelmunoz49392 жыл бұрын
Yes there are loads that we can use steal but make sure it’s water tight

Have you used this method with an 8 ft drop tarp on the tall aluminum coils? If so how does it work out for ya?
@truckeraxelmunoz49393 жыл бұрын
We have to do a tent tarp ive seen some guys do it but I've never done it like that
@truckerdude91722 жыл бұрын
I've done tall coils with 8ft drops and I like it better than the 4ft drop tarp because the 8ft'ers hold more weight and dont move around much in the wind especially when you tuck the front and back and throw a strap over a piece of lumber like the dude did in the vid. The sides on this tarp load look kinda shitty

Yes the top looks great front to back. The sides should be tighter front to back. So the name tmc is nice and flat and not bunched up the way it is. Also I would of used the next row of d rings towards the coil both front and back. To make the swoop up and down shorter. You did the same concept folding the front and rear under. I would of made it shorter and tucked more under.

Came across this just as I was going to sleep. You fleet Carrier guys or something else- It's really unclear if that's something TMC taught you, or you came up with that on your own. Either way the sides should be as flat as if you just ironed a shirt, Using wood To compensate screams rookie... With a bedsheet tarp fold width under length and Pull you'll never need wood. Just sayin,
@darrenjones5533 Жыл бұрын
Can you post a video, the folding was the main part I was looking for.?!
