In this video I will show you that how you can check the proximity sensor in the Samsung Galaxy Flagship devices. After Samsung galaxy note 9 Samsung place the proximity sensor behind the screen so the procedure of checking proximity sensor for all the flagship devices those are launch after Note 9 like S10 Series, Note 10 Series, Note 20 Series, S20 Series and S21 series are different.

@@ziaullahasifbugti3836 thanks bro for your suggestion i will try to make video on galaxy A13 but i just want to tell you that Many of the newer phones are coming with virtual proximity sensors, meaning they don't have a hardware proximity sensor, but they utilize the gyroscope and the accelerometer to sense when the phone is raised to the ear. Many users has alot of complains about Virtual proximity sensor specially in Samsung and xiaomi phones.

If you have the protector installed on the screen of your phone please try after removing the screen protector and if there is a problem even after removing the screen protector then it is a hardware problem maybe your proximity sensor is not working properly or damage.

Sir, when I turn on proximity sensor in S10+, it goes turn off automatically after some moments exactly same shown in your video. Please let me know, how can I permanently turn it on to make the proximity sensor working in my phone?

Hi Rehan Khalid this video is just to test your proximity sensor if it is working properly or not. You cannot turn on the proximity sensor permanently, it will automatically activate when you call someone or someone calls you. The proximity sensor detects when a user is holding the phone near their face during a call and turns off the display to prevent keypad presses and battery consumption from the display. If you have a screen protector on the mobile screen then I would suggest you to remove the screen protector then check the proximity sensor on calls.

Thanks for your comment i just want to tell you that A52 comes with virtual proximity sensors, meaning it doesn't have a hardware proximity sensor, but it utilize the gyroscope and the accelerometer to sense when the phone is raised to the ear. Samsung ki old devices main proximity sensor k on or off ka option hota tha but new devices main Proximity sensor off nahi hota yeh automatically active hota or automatically deactivate hota hai. If you want to disable the proximity sensor in your phone so you can download 3rd party apps via google play store to disable proximity sensor. I hope it will help you. Thanks

According to my knowledge there is not a such code for checking refurbished status for Samsung phones and the code was *#7353# but when Samsung touch wiz ui changed in to One UI this code do not work anymore. Thanks

Gareth is your phone proximity sensor working normally on calls? Make a call to someone and checked the screen is turning on and off while you put your phone to the ear. And if it is not working normally then it might be a hardware issue.
