My hair is kinda thick and heavy, so when it falls, it just sticks with my forehead. I've know a Chinese friend whose hair falls down so smooth, and their hair looks so light. Like when they touch it, it moved instantly (unlike mine, mine always stay in the same place) So does this thinning technique make my hair lighter, to make it light like my Chinese friend's hair?

Yup I would get the barber to use thinning shears on your top hair and fringe. Try that out it should help!

Hi . Me too having sexy hairs like you. I also say barber to use thinning scissors on fringes. And for everything 3rd haircut or toh can say after 3 month to have lots of thinning on long hairs from the bottom to reduce weight of hairs. So it should not last down. I will also use thinning scissors with myself i never did. Can you please say different between notching scissors and thinning scissors.
