None, the act of throwing a baseball is an un-natural motion. The damage isn't so much on the arm but the elbow and shoulder take a beating. Proper mechanics can mitigate the stress on elbow and shoulder. Notice how many pitchers go down with elbow and shoulder injuries. If you're a young pitcher train on using your lower body to generate power. Most of the pitchers that last a long time in the majors had very strong lower bodies, it's called drop and drive. Research Nolan Ryan and Tom Seaver.
