Hello Tony i want to ask you a question. Can someone depend only on power in boxing like Deontay Wilder, or do you necessarily need speed and iq ?

Hi Tony ! I always enjoy the high quality and educational content of your videos. You had posted a link to apply for voice over of your videos in different languages...in my case I am French American and fluent in both languages,so I wanted to apply for that position if it is still open. Unfortunately I can't find your link to apply anymore. Can please send it to me via reply to this comment ? Thank you. JL.

There is a solid video I wanted to see! A break down on changing the traditions of staying orthodox. Tyson, Gennady, the Getto wizard. All did combos that lead them into South paw and finished a combo that took their opponent down or lead them back into South paw!. Could you do a video on your opinion doing combos that lead you to South paw and changed angles to see up for new opportunities. If that makes any sense!

Your tips are always fantastic. One thing I was shown, and you probably do it so naturally and instinctively, was to pull my right back slightly, not enough that I'm not covering my jaw, but just to aid in the hip rotation and add a little extra torque to the hook.

I am not into a lot of supplements, and wasn't when I was competing in the amateur ranks. Now I am 45, and think it is a good time to start. Could you please tell me what I should get for daily, and pre-workout, post, and focus. Please just list them in order. I train 6 days a week if that helps. I would really appreciate the pointers, and any feedback you can offer. Thank you.

But yesterday, some reason I really wanted to box, I think I’ve never wanted to box so much, and I want to ask you if it’s worth it to start boxing. I want to be a boxing champion I know that I have to go through a lot for this, but I still want to become a champion. Is it worth it to enter the box again? I sends you this message in instagram too
