I've been playing football for fun for quite some time and I can say safely that my spirals are extremely inconsistent and wrong. Most of my throws as of recent have been ducks so I'm hoping this video takes my inconsistent skills to at least mostly consistent spirals. I hate the feeling of embarrassment when I throw a football so if I'm still struggling after going over your tips I may explain my problem more in depth. Thanks!

Take a video of yourself throwing in slow motion. Maybe at your release point the nose of the ball is facing sideways.

Could be what he said or it could be the wind direction! To fix this try turning your wrist so the ball points forward at set up (supination), & keep your wrist flat through your motion until the release! This could help straighten out a sideways spiral 🤝

Hey man, everything I do doesn’t get me that good clean spiral. Most the time the ball will have air when I want it to be a bullet straight pass. I also just always have wobble in my pass, no patter what my coach tells me. Tips?

It’s all about sequencing. You have to accelerate the ball in the direction you want to throw it during your arm motion before you release it with the right sequence of movements 🙏 pick your favorite nfl qb & try to copy how they move
