I went to a very dark place in the hour of pain and struggle it took me to finally crack learning how to tie this but you guys got me there in the end! Thank you.

I was trying to tie my tie for about half an hour, getting stuck on the part where you put the longer portion through the loop (the hard part as you noted). Watched your video once and followed along. FInally got it. Thank you SO SO much!

Gentlemen, I watched at least 10 different videos that have millions of views and you two were the only guys who tell us in the final tuck (when you put the tie thru the 'o' you created from pulling the two flaps together) to bend from the middle and not push all the way thru. I was initally not bending and just putting the entire flap thru versus bending and only going half way thru. thank you so much, its 2022 and i cant wait to explore and see what other things you two have on this channel

This video saved me after watching tons of other videos. I kept getting stuck by putting the loop side of the bow on the same side. Thank you for actually mentioning that point! Keep it up guys.

I have no idea if you still read the comments on your older videos, but THANK YOU for this! I bought a cheap used bow tie a hundred years ago to see if a) I could learn how to tie it; and b) whether I would like the way it looked to buy a nicer one. Then for the longest time I would look at another diagram, watch another video, try to follow along, get to the "now tuck the long end back through the loop you just made" step, make a mess of it, and throw the thing back into the closet for another year. And then you explained and showed it so clearly that it took all of five minutes for me to get it, and I immediately bought a couple of new ones.

Finally! I tried seemingly every tutorial on KZbin, and this was the first one I found that clearly demonstrates the hardest step: exactly where to place the fingers and how to push the tie through the loop to create an actual bow tie. I literally tried for a couple hours to no avail, until I found your video. Thank you so much!
