How to tie a Chernobyl Hopper for Fly Fishing
In this video we'll run through the tying for a chernobyl hopper. A dry fly pulling pattern that's proven to be successful on welsh highland reservoirs such as Brenig, Traws and Clywedog. The pattern was handed to me by my boat partner who had a successful day fishing, taking an astonishing 25 fish to my 5 fish on the day. In a wave this fly works just as well on a floater or slow intermediate.
