That's a lovely we fly, just up my street that Lindsay. I'm also a big fan of the vossler tool, find it great for combining squirrel and cdc for a buggy thorax. Keep up the great work . ATB Tony

Amazing, as always. Would you happen to have a book available showing your step-by-step instructions for tying your flies? I would love to purchase one.

How do you fish them? Like slow hand retrive with midge tip/ floating line?
@lindsayiflyfish4 жыл бұрын
I would fish this on a dead drift on a floating line, it is for the rivers.

Hah! Davie would get the biot up to the end, tie it off and say "Break it away!" Except my boots came from Merv's towing company and I could tow a truck out of a ditch with it!

Is it still a dubbing loop if you don’t have a loop?😌 You split the line, that dosent make a loop 😉
@jameshughes92344 жыл бұрын
It's still a loop mate, think about it :-)
@lindsayiflyfish4 жыл бұрын
Hi Erik, James is right it may not be a conventional dubbing loop but it does still create a loop.

No, it's not, but I think we're splitting hairs here.

@@callumclark3358 Actually if just being pedantic. Splitting the thread to form a loop.
