That was the EASIEST tie knot !!!! I spent over an hour last month watching videos to figure it out and somehow got it eventually. The BEST/ easiest way!!!! Amazing tutorial thank you!!!Husband had a job interview and was panicking to tie his tie because he doesn’t know how to tie one. I enjoy a lot of different videos. Quiet a bit if I might add. I love KZbin. I’m generally not so great at throwing up a like. In all honesty, this is the first video I’ve felt the need to like and comment on in probably 2 years. 3:22 long video. And he teaches how to tie the knot in about 60 seconds. I usually prefer a full Windsor / double Windsor knot but it ends up more or less looking like a half Windsor knot but with a lot less steps. With practice you could get that down to like 2 seconds. Very impressive. I usually wake up early enough for work anyways but if your ever in a crunch for time because something comes up - handy to have this method for backup. Going to save this video for sure. Thanks!

I like it. I'm going to tie mine like this it looks less bulky and since I'm tall gives me more tie to work with. And it fits my neck looser then the full Windsor so I like that too.

The video is perfect. You explained it perfectly. I followed your steps perfectly. Even the tie came out perfectly. But.... The shorter end is so damn long when i fasten the tie. How do i avoid this? Is my tie too long or am i just too short as a 5'6 foot guy? Edit: Now i got the tie perfectly but the tie whole is too long and it comes down too many inches from my waist.😣
