I like to do the Rizzuto knot straight after the FG wraps over both the braid and the leader.

There are lots of variations of the FG that work okay for some applications. However, this is the only one I’ve found that will hold up after blasting far casts with giant topwater plugs over and over to GTs or bluefin tuna all day without coming apart. If it can handle that it can handle anything!

hey captain! it looks really nice, thank you for it. do you recommend it for braid to braid leader? also if you use it for braid to braid, do you use any modification for this knot or is it enough already?

Absolutely my favorite knot for braid to leader! If you are tying braid to braid, I always go with a double unknot with 10 turns on each side. There is a video tutorial for that not as well!

Probably a Palomar knot.

It depends. Usually, I use a “Uni knot”. If I want a loop knot, I tie the “non-slip loop”. I have video tutorials on how to tie both of those as well! Check them out.
