Hallo. For the hooks I meanwhile combine both. Down to up, up to down, down to up, up to down - and the last because of the length is also from up to down. That turned out for me as the best way for my skates are not "running around without me"😅 With one way only they always came off. Don't know why. Maybe I am too clumsy😿
