How to tie Roza's White Wing Pheasant Tail

Luboš Roza is one of the most talented fly anglers in the word. He's a two time Youth Fly Fishing World Champion, and holds the record for the youngest person ever to win an Adult World Championship at age 20. So, when he has a fly in his box it would make sense to have a few yourself. What Luboš says "A special type of pheasant tail with a white wing, it's been used extensively around the world and works in every type of water. There are lot of pheasant tails about but for me this seems to be more effective than the others. A great fly for using in both summer and autumn." I am not sure I have used the right material for the wing but close enough for government work.

I tie something similar, but with cinnamon colored cdc and use it as a soft hackle collar since it's gonna be upside down but I doubt it matters

Hi, It is a Scottish accent but I have lived in England for over 35 years so it is probably a little watered down now. I am from Fife on the east coast of Scotland originally.
