How to Tie the Chain Sinnet and Double Chain Sinnet

The Chain Sinnet is a type of knot that allows you to shorten a length of rope. It is useful in climbing, outdoor activities, and around the house. I demonstrate here how to tie the single and double chain sinnet.

Thank you for this! I'm getting into high-power rocketry and this is a great method for stowing the shock cord in the rocket in a way that prevents entanglement when the chutes are deployed!

I wish BDSM tutorials had as high production value and be as easy to follow as this. I came from countless shibari tutorials who were not able to explain this 1. in good quality video, 2. slowly, 3. without obstructing the view of what is going on with the rope itself. I use it on a heavy duty extension cord. Look up Essential Craftsman daisy chain
