Better hook holds, 360 degree rotation, u can change only the hook so u don’t have to make a new rig, saves money but using less hook link material, only one knot- so yes bud there’s quite a lot of benefits to this rig

Hi Para, realistically you make at least 10 rigs with the components shown in the video. If the hook gets damaged after a fish you can continue to use the same boom section, but just replace the hook/hair.

Seriously after you have made three rigs, you'll use same boom all season potentially you'll only change hooks, same as spinner rig and variations. Expensive at first admittedly, but I'm using same spool of boom for 3 years, keep swivels in good nick you're only changing hooks. Going from wafter to pop ups just changing hook set up.

Hi Gary, this rig is best used with a wafter type hook bait, it's perfect for a snowman presentation.

Hi Avijit, a 3lb test curve carp rod would be suited for leads up to 3.5oz.

Inutile de faire des montages avec autant d accessories un hameçon longue tige monter en nœuds sans nœuds sur de la tresse un morceau de gaine silicone sur la hampe une petite chevrotine de 2 gr et sa prend des carpes depuis 40 ans et j'en prend toujours autant avec .maintenant les vidéo de montage korda ou autre sait fait que pour faire consommer. Il faut bien comprendre que les ancien montage vont continuer à prendre des carpes

Be careful using this rig with younger carp with soft mouths or any lake with carp with soft mouths ie silty lakes. Longshanks can cause excessive mouth damage. Bending the eye can also exacerbate mouth damage.
