@@bl4ck1911 dont get discouraged! it took me a while to really get it down, and i still mess it up sometimes. i might make the bun too long and it wont stay, or i didnt make it secure enough etc. try to experiment with how much you twist your hair and how you place it when you rotate it. it's really frustrating at first but you'll make it swear!

@sweetbrown892 жыл бұрын
@@Spider-Man_2099_ but that’s mostly because head hair grows naturally and unless they had sharp stone tools, humans mostly braided their hair to keep it manageable. Many cultures singed their hair and beards to trim them. Many warriors also shaved their heads, since men balding is a thing and it’s just another style. Short hair in more modern eras was largely propagated during the World War eras due to drafting and shaving in the military. Long hair resurfaced in the 50s-70s as a counter culture. I’m just saying attributing long hair to Vikings and samurais and all sorts of ancient warriors was more out of convenience and minimalistic management than them necessarily thinking long hair was cool. Haircuts were largely a luxury.

@Skyv1117 ай бұрын
hey Tim! tip from a woman (practicing with long hair in warm weather since forever) = skip the first hair tie! you can keep your hair with one hand while you twist it and then you only need one hair tie afterwards to secure it all.
@Skyv1117 ай бұрын
NEXT LEVEL (but perhaps only works with wavy to curly hair, I don't know mine's wavy but it worked anyway in cold weather where it became more straight. Also medium to large hair) = NO HAIR TIES ;) when twisting the hair you leave your thumb in the center and insert the last tip of the hair in that space from within (not letting the tips go out: the last bit of hair forms an U with the very tips hidden).
