A new chain gets loose pretty fast and you need to tighten that nut often. I notice the nut wears against the plastic cover, taking away material. May not last long. I was thinking of adding a washer for the nut to wear against, yet there's nut much bolt to allow it. For chain lube , I use Greenworks Chain and Bar lube. Won't harm your trees or environment and does wash off with water for easy clean-up. Afterwards, you can use oil when stowing away to prevent rust. This model does not have a brushless motor and wonder how long it will last before it burns out.

Watch the segments at the 1:09 and the 4:20 marks. There is a philips head screw that moves a small metal post back and forth when you turn the screw. That post fits in a hole in the bar and when you turn the screw counter-clock-wise, it moves the bar back toward the sprocket that the chain goes over and loosens the chain. Tighten the chain by turning the screw clock-wise which moves the bar away from the sprocket. Hope this helps.
