This is fascinating. Makes sense tho, trines are slippery, it's hard to stop the effect of a trine, from what I've read, trines are effortless, whether towards good or bad outcomes.

It is interesting that I chose you as my teacher over three others, and when I look at your chart, it really starts to show why. I believe my Jupiter in the 5H and Mars 9H, show why I won't submit to just any Guru. It is connected to my son, and Japan. But I'm not able to travel yet. A difficult time at this time with, Saturn transit through 3H.

I'm getting an Ex Venus in transit in my first trine my Asc lord (Jupiter - also exalted) while Jupiter in Taurus trine my natal Venus in Virgo.. thats happening around mid March. I should be getting my new car around then.. Venus as vehicles (according to Ernst) also rules my 3rd house

I'm still trying to learn this tenique. Actually, I have to master certain basics, and that will be this summers task. I'm overwhelmed with work. So, if Saturn is in the 3H and Jupiter is in 5H, that would be 2 houses away? And not an enemy? I guess, I have to listen one third time!

Awesome! Thank you for making another video on Bhav Siddhiphal. I've been craving for an experienced astrologer to elaborate on this Phaldeepika technique! I'm still watching the video but I have a burning question and since I might have your attention I'm going to ask. Please ignore it if you cover it in the video. How do you count the trines of retrograde planets? Is it forward or backwards? I use a north indian style chart. Thanks again!

thanks for bringing it to my attention that it is "phala" not kala. My edition has blurry typesetting. Retrogression aspect is "applying" in reverse. "Backwards"

@VicDiCaraAstrology Thank you for answering my question. I checked my version and its "kala" not "phala" so you were not wrong. But my versions (I have both hindi and english by Ojha) are inconsistent. Eg. The hindi one translates bhamsa as "ansh" (part) while the english one specifies "navamsa". One thing that's different in those books and your translation is that: - the books specify it could be either one of those 1st two situations ie.(lagna lord transiting trine to a house or lord) OR ( house lord transiting trine to lagna or lagna lord). - while you feel its an AND ie. Both have to be true to proceed. Btw, CS Patel's book titled "Navamsa in Astrology" goes over similar transit techniques (trinal influence) based on the classic Chandrakala Nadi text titled "Deva Keralam" . I thought you may be interested to check that out as well.
