ABSOLUTE best easy tint for beginners.....easy to understand and quick. Thank you
@Keyno772 жыл бұрын
This video helped a lot. As begineer quick tips I suggest are the following: 1. Do it inside a garage, outside anything can ruin your job from a bug, dog hair, wind, the heat too can dry your soapy water in no time you have to be respraying a lot to get the proper cuts, adjustments etc. 2. Have a second spray nozzle, one failed on me mid tint alignment and had to run inside and grab a spare one before it dried up and stick on me. 3. To remove an old bad tint job I tried the heat gun I kept getting burn. The thint was fried and falling in pieces. Just scrape away the tint and also the leftover glue with soapy water. Also get the left over pieces with some sort of credit card out from the window guides. I still need to figure or put attention on how to peel the clear film from the tint as it want to curl and mess up the tint. Also how to use the heat gun to expand and remove bulges, I know tint expands only sideways, but I still struggle with that. Maybe it, the suntek ceramic series.

With what shops are charging, I’d like to give it a shot myself first. I’m a very skilled and multifaceted automotive technician who cut my teeth working on the best of the best. If I can’t tint my own windows after two tries, I’ll pony the money up but it’s so cheap to do yourself that it’s financially irresponsible not to try to do it yourself first.
