My Lindo 300 is not dispensing the fabric softener. What can I do to fix this problem?

If the detergent dispenser is clean and the jets inside the dispenser are clear. And it's still filled with fabric softener at the end of the cycle. Then it sounds like one of the valves is not working. Needs a appliance technician to look at it.
