i got my hair done yesterday and i asked for a light brown colour. she first bleached my hair then applied the colour but it did not turn out the way i wanted it. it looks kind of orange idk if thats me but i am freaking out that it looks dark ginger. I ordered the matrix blue shampoo from amazon and it is coming in 6 days. i start college a few days after that and AHHHHH ig i will just update everything in 6 days. i hope it gets out some of the brass colours

I use No Orange on my brown dyed hair and it works really well cause I took before and after pictures. But I feel like it only can do as much. I feel like when I haven't re-dyed for a while, there's not much it can do for me anymore, especially in the summer when my hair almost goes transparant and brittle. So I decided to switch to No Red because that one says it darkens but I haven't been very lucky with it. Re-dyeing is usually necessary. In a darker shade in summer. And I should wash my hair with spring water, not just rinse it with it.

The silver conditioner just deposits an ashy color I really love it but the main thing is it only works if hair is light enough. For example if you add a translucent ash on top of black hair it will look the same

I’ve not tried the L’Oréal one but if you have the fanola blue will help tone the orange hues a bit. For the red bits you might actually need green to counteract them. Also depending on how dark your hair is it might not make a huge difference

⁠@@CiciDo1 My hair is exactly the same as your previous hair when you had warm golden orange tones I I've already used several violet shampoo for blondes and nothing solves.. There are only two brands in Brazil that are pigmented blue what is “John Frida Blue Crush” and also have the “L’Oréal Chroma Crème Blue”, I don't know which of the two brands is the best, I don't know which one I'm going to buy but it's my only attempt…It's a sad that this yours brand Fanola and Keracolor doesn't sell here 😢

yeah the blue shampoo is actually pretty strong on it's own but combined w the silver conditioner the results can be dramatic if your hair is light enough

I have been using purple shampoo on my balayage hair to remove the brassy or gold looking har but it did not do anything on my hair as it still looks the same. Do you have any advice? Like should I try blue shampoo and silver conditipner instead?
