overall good information. But I would recommend to use manifold guage set. Low side pressure only gives half information. You need to see high side pressure also. Then compare both pressures with temperature chart. High and low side pressures change with ambient temperature.

This is a variable capacity compressor so the blower knob is to be set to full and windows panes drawn down so that max duty cycle operation of compressor(solenoid) is achieved otherwise pressure readings would not indicate actual gas pressures...Moreover complete AC gas needs to be recovered, system put under vacuum for 30 minutes(to purge moisture) and then charged back into the system with additional refrigerant to reach the recommended figure of 440 Grams by weighing the cylinder on a digital scale...

But you didn't mentioned that why the gas pressure become low? According me knowledge the pressure should never decrease until their is some fault in lines. Even you fill it with some gas, after few days it will be low again.

good show but why you did not mentioned liquid line glass which is an indicator of shortage of gas conditation?You charged system with high pressure gague(red)You should charge with low pressure gague(blue) one.
