Nick, this was helpful. Thanks. But the part I need to know is how to reinstall the spare under the Sienna after you're done using it. Could you please do a video on that? You alluded to the need to use the jack and another tool, but there are no videos anywhere on how to reinstall it after removing it.

If you have a flat tire on the same side.... (that lowers the minivan on that side)... is it harder to get the spare?

I can only imaging but whats stopping you from kicking it to the other side or pulling it from the other side.

Hey thanks for helping my I have 2011 Sienna limited AWD , but there is no Spare tire or Hoist under the body, I just bought the car last month, I really confused there is no Spare tire Hoist under the body nothing, if possible helping me thanks

The AWD does not have a spare tire, the AWD Sienna initially has run-flat tires. If you don't have run-flat tires you should buy a spare. I do believe there is enough room under the driver's side third-row seat. You will need one of those compact spare tires or donuts, as some people call them. So your spare is a temporary compact tire. I'm looking for the correct size. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know! Thank you!

@@u2canmakeadifference603 Yes. Thanks. I just bought mine and kept on looking the spare tire unless I saw this video by genius guy. I have reasonable tires. Where can I find/buy that tire? Can I buy previous model spare wheel? This is a trouble. I am not liking Sienna anymore. Remain a Sequoia fan.

if only i was in data range when i got my first flat in 06 sienna, and i would have found your video. it took some tome to locate the tire and that little flap under the floor mat. turns out that's what that little dongle is for. had no idea. not intuitive. good old toyota making it great but not obvious. no idea why the tire isnt protected from the road grime. mine was all cracked up but still held air.
