@@rayneraltunok I can relate to your predicament because we've all been in it. I suggest you look to an advisor. Not everyone has the aptitude to trade the markets alone. It often boils down to how differently each of us thinks and how much free time we have. Unless trading is your true passion, it's probably best to hire a professional. I myself still leave a majority of my portfolio to my FA.

Used 100k plus 300k in margin to make 100k in profit doing 40 margin trades over 3 months never used the entire margin balance or even half but it definitely is useful if you know how

I followed along while thinking about buying an option on NFLX (currently tanking and great for a put option, IMO), so your tutorial has been super helpful. As a beginner, I'm starting off really small just so I'm not losing a lot. As I become more experienced w/ options, I'll definitely increase the amount. I may have to make a video on this to explain it better. But to answer it in short it depends your intentions and strategy when you get in the trade. My trade timeline is typically any where from 2 minutes to a few weeks. My thing is never be upset taking profits. If they come right away then I will get out if not, I am patient

Glad it was helpful. So you can profit before breakeven because usually the more momentum a stock gets the more people are willing to buy the contracts. This demand ends up raising the contract prices because so many people are bidding and they bid the price of the contract up. So basically as long as someone is willing to pay more for the contract even if it's before you reach your breakeven. You can sell the contract for a profit. Hope this helps!

Because there are contracts not actually the shares. So you don’t need the money for 100 if you don’t plan on purchasing the stocks
