So happy to hear your cycle is back and healthy with your intense training etc! Reassuring me a little as I came off 2 years ago now and still waiting for a return despite bloods etc being “normal”. If you don’t appreciate it APPRECIATE it 🙌🏻😂

I’ve fallen off track so so so bad this past year and I didn’t even think it was possible I’m a PT and have been with my gym for over 11 years and trained right through both pregnancies and still somehow I’ve fallen out even though it’s my passion and I still think about it everyday and encourage my kids to do their hobbies. You’re one of the only people I’m still watching because you actually genuinely motivate me and have performance goals which I appreciate. Thank you for being one of my last links to my ‘normal world’ ❤️

Good luck in the London Marathon! I follow TRC and know they will be there. I just came across your channel after watching Nick’s podcast before TSP and loved everything you both shared. Great job!

I’d love to hear your experience with coming off the pill! 🙏 I’ve been looking in to quitting them too but I’m scared, luckily not sexually active so that’s not the problem but I’m scared about the immense pain I get during my period when I’m off it (it gets even worse then) and also I get really bad hormonal acne 💔

me too! on a recent podcast lucy briefly mentioned that she came off the pill last year, can’t remember the specific date but august september rings a bell? i’m also ttc and did think oh that’s reassuring it’s been quite a few months as everyone around me seems to fall pregnant really quickly, but that’s quite a long time to have not had a period post pill if she did come off it last year 😮 x

You’ll be good getting off the pill. I did and my skin actually got better! Natural glow and my cycle came back after 6 months. Took a bit to regulate everything. Your body will do what it needs to do just fuel and treat it well ❤

@@PrettyLittlePlantBased I got off it for 6 months two years ago and I broke out really really bad. Cramps got so bad I didn’t eat or could stand up straight. I need something else to help with that before I go off them 🙏 else I’ll get so depressed I’ll be scared of myself 😅

Hey Lucy, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel

This is not recovery. You can clearly tell you are sore, tired and under nutrition. Which is ok because you just ran for 32 hours! This is fitness obsessed. It is unhealthy and you are setting unhealthy expectations to your followers. This is an example of what leads to injury and burn out. It is ok to take a day or two completely off to rest, heal and reset your body. Or take a slow mile or two jog then focus on mobility. Especially for ankles and hips. Grabbing heavy weights and hitting a complete glute day is NOT a form of recovery. That is a workout.
