I did MOST of it--had to get some water for the squat pulses, and I'd done another Andrea Orbeck video before. But I'm sweating buckets right now. Whoo! Off to the treadmill in my apartment building's fitness center!

I've been doing LesMills workouts for over a year, most of them half an hour long and my legs still burn like hell after this workout! An amazing one for when you're short on time

been doing Andrea Orbeck's exercise in another channel (Victoria's Secret Model Workout: 10-Minute Fat Blasting Circuit) for 3 months, 5-6 times a week. so i am familiar with speed skaters, jumping over the fire and toe hops (in the other channel it's called plié jumps) and i still had a tough time pushing through this one. lol definitely gonna give this another go, though.

Mint Dinosaur definitely. saw immediate results. legs more toned and lost some stomach pooch, too. my cousin noticed that i lost some weight after only doing the exercise for a little over a week.

Mint Dinosaur when my legs are flexed there's some definition but *not bulging*. to get muscular i think you'd need protein and or various supplement for that. as long as you have a healthy diet and do exercise regularly slimming down and toning your body is achievable.

I have been doing these quick 10 minutes XHIIT Daily routines for the past 14 days (5 days a week before work) and I am already seeing results. Do this with a diet that works for you. I have done Insanity Max 30 and although I did see results with that too, I simply don't have time. So I have been doing these instead. Works pretty much the same.

Augustina Agasi You can definitely do this! Take breaks as you need to, and set your own pace as your conditioning increases - it takes time, so stay consistent! Glad you #makefitmatter with me!

I just thought I'd share my progress to let you all know that this workout REALLY WORKS! I have done this workout about 3 times a week (as my schedule allows me) and have experienced noticeable results. Even my family is telling me they can see some nice definition- and my butt is looking more bubbly everyday! Keep it up everyone!

Definitely slimming! You build muscle and lose fat, but it doesn't make your legs super muscley or grossly large or anything. My legs have become a lot smaller!

When I did the speed skaters I watched her closely and listened to her instructions, and I even looked in the mirror to see if I had the form right. I did 200 speed skaters and didn't feel anything......

No it's not, your form may be off because it's not supposed to hurt your knees.

Pay attention to the way the girl in the video squats. Chest stays up butt goes out and knees never ever go over toes. If you need to start small that is normal and if you are consistent, you will see results. Also google or youtube how to do a squat that might helo a lot. :)

Lol well what I do, (I'm 14 too) I don't eat at night and when I'm hungry I eat fruits. Also, I do sports (volleyball and swim), and after practice I work on these videos. It seems hard at first, but you'll get there. I was surprised I could loose this much weight!

Melody Raven I think it will still be effective if you don't use the weights, especially for a beginner. But I suggest you to use weights after you do this workout for a few weeks :)

Reducing your weight is difficult by any means, but I've found a method that has helped me to shed about three dress sizes. And I Am not done losing weight yet. Yes please, I’ve been looking for workouts that not make my legs muscular. I read that squatting makes legs and thigh bigger. And I’ve seen it my thighs. I stop doing that squats.

I work out - feel in shape, I do squats regularly. This workout was good, it got my heart rate up and it wasn't unbearable. I was able to get through the whole thing. I was sore for 3 days! The next morning, I had to ease/roll out of bed. The perfect change my body needed! Thank you.

I know it says ''like a victoria secret model'' but the asian girl is prety toned and muscley, do these exercises offer the same kind of build ? I'm not really looking forward to becoming a skinny model, but becoming strong and toned is a much better option anyway.

Every person looks the way they do because of genetics. VS usually picks models who don't gain weight easily and have visible stretch marks. VS trainers often create workout regimens that burn fat but barely "bulk up". Just because you do VS workouts...that doesn't inherently mean you'll look like them. Genetics aren't something you can change

Even though this is a comment from a year ago, hopefully this will help you and others if you see this. Yes you can do the workout it's good no matter what, VS models don't tone up too much but personally the ones who look toned and actually eat and take care of themselves look better. You can mix and match this workout and do something else, like do this workout today and then do a toning workout the next day to target whatever you're going for. Thus you're not just skinny you're getting toned and stronger as well.

I don't get how this is for victoria secret models, because this is for toned muscly legs and they have thigh gaps and thin legs. So is this workout for toned legs or for thigh gaps?

They have thigh gaps because they have toned legs AND zero body fat over those muscles. When you build muscle, it also means your body burns more calories when you aren't working out.

I do this every other day because I do arm work outs as well. This. This helped me a whole lot! Legs looked more thin and pretty much toned and my bottoms look a little more lifted! Also, when I started jogging again, I don't wheeze as much! You know, that nostril workout lol but this helped me improve a lot! I hope Andrea does more 10 min ones!

That wasn't so hard to do, I actually enjoyed it. I'm 14 and 5'10 and I'm starting modelling next summer and I was slim anyway, but now I have those legs. I'm muscular but I'm also slim, so don't worry, those workouts are going to get you an angel body, not a fitness trainer body. Sorry for the late update! But yes, it had worked! :) My thighs and calves are very toned. Also, my stomach had flattened out as well. Very happy about the results. Totally recommend this!

At my school all the girls used to make fun of me cause I didn't quite have a flat stomach like them. I'm going to start to do these everyday hopefully I can have one before school starts

Girls shouldn't be making fun of you! Not everyone has a flat stomach, so don't listen to them. Exercise is important, but do it for YOU, not them!

My one "friend" has like a foot long thigh gap compared to me. She always brags about how skinny she is and reminds me I have a muffin top. But then I lost (only :/) 2 or 3 pounds and she still makes fun of me.

Ok, I need to ask, because I need some serious HELP! How many hours a day do I have to workout to lose some weight and get my body to the shape? My metabolism is destroyed by my anorexia and bulimia experiences and now when I eat as a normal human being, I want to be fit and healthy, no starving, no overating or binging and purging...I have 65kg on 163cm, lately I have gained some weight and I!m frightened, because I don't want to panic about my weight again! I'm not a skinny type of person and I don't want to be skinny at all, but let's just say: Jennifer Lopey body measurements would be great! XD Please, I just need to know how to get fit and STAY that way, after my experience I really want to live a normal healthy lifestyle, without any ups and downs...

Okay so here's how your body works, you first need to in you BMR (basic metabolism rate) which shows how many calories your body needs to function so for example my BMR is 1,528 so If I eat that amount of calories and I work out and I burn 700 calories I would loose about .2 pounds that day because in a pound there are 3500 calories so if you burn a certain amount it is taking that much away from your body in a healthy natural way! Congrats on recovering btw I hope everything goes well :)

It's better to take small sips of water throughout your workout, rather than guzzle a gallon all at once and fill up your tummy. You can also be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day so you start your exercise already hydrated...but try not to eat at least an hour before or it will slow you down (and might make you feel sick) as you're still digesting.

Totally dependent on the individual. I use a Polar watch to gauge my caloric burn. :)
