Troy Wong from 00:04 to 00:24 it's E all the time, then comes C sharp, A, E, C sharp, A, E, B, A, B A~ the rhythm is created by the left pinky and thumb taking turns while playing the octave (e.g. constant E - E' - E - E' and so on) ;) hope this helps!!
