My Daughter in Law, Aukse loves this movie. I will definitely try at least one of these. I was also thinking those tomato cages from the dollar tree might make a great base for their tree. Maybe fun foam for the “branches”? That was the first thing that came to mind. She deserves something for all her knitting coaching she does for me. Thank you for another amazing video.

Oh, that's awesome!! She has great taste! 😁 Yes, I think it would be so much fun to make the tree, or even the little HTTYD village of Berk! Fun foam definitely or you might consider using popsicle sticks with the rounded ends cut off (that might actually be cheaper, although you'd have to paint them). The "branches" are also painted with a design. DT also has (or had) plastic trees with garland wrapped around them. I bought some at the end of the season one year. They're smaller than tomato cages and might have more places to adhere the branches to. I wasn't able to get all of my crafts done for this week (there were several unexpected life challenges this week including a power outage), so I have two more coming next week.
